Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I am trying to find out why a Henry's 565 product bubbled and crumbled during the curing process...for the primer to dry and started applying Henry's self leveling product 555 (just add water) . I wasn't sure of the extent of the problem until I visited the job site and saw that the initial 565 product was not adhering to the primer and was growing in several places creating huge bubbles that burst under any pressure. The second product (555) actually worked without a hitch...glued properly and dried properly.
