If your order contains ALL "In Stock for Immediate Delivery" items, your order will be dispatched the next business day after processing. If your order contains goods labeled as "Ship Within 7 Days", we ask that you allow the specified time frame for the material to be received at our warehouse. Once the material has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment and will be sent to you the next business day. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you that your hardware has been picked up by the carrier. Once we have received confirmation of pickup and received tracking information, this information along with the name of the carrier handling your shipment will be emailed. For any order not shipped via UPS, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Once your delivery leaves our warehouse, the actual date and time of your delivery will depend on the carrier. IF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF THE FREIGHT CARRIER CANNOT REACH YOU TO COORDINATE A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE CHARGES WILL APPLY TO YOUR ORDER. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of tiles, we are unable to ship tiles. If you notice discrepancies, DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF DAMAGED MATERIAL. ACCEPT THE DAMAGED MATERIAL, have the driver sign the delivery receipt noting the discrepancies, take photos of the damage and immediately send the photos and delivery receipt to falisha@flooringliquidators.net. The person receiving the delivery must check the shipment for the correct item numbers and quantity before accepting the delivery. However, if you receive damaged hardware, it will be replaced if you follow these instructions:

When the shipment arrives, check for boxes, underlays, moldings, etc. damaged. Accept the damaged equipment, note it on the driver's documents as described above and keep the equipment. If your shipment is refused, it will take longer to receive your flooring and you may be subject to additional charges. TO NOTE

If there are any damages or missing items, this must be noted by you on the delivery receipt and signed for by the delivery driver, otherwise we cannot send replacements or issue refunds. FLOOR LIQUIDATORS WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT IF YOU DO NOT NOTICE THE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AND OBTAIN A SIGNATURE FROM THE DRIVER ACKNOWLEDGING THE DAMAGE.

Vinyl planks can be up to 3/8 inch thick, which is as thick as laminate flooring planks, and the heavy construction allows for textured patterns that resemble real wood and tile. All other factors aside, the choice between loose lay or glue down vinyl flooring can come down to the characteristics of the subfloor. The substrate for any type of vinyl flooring should be clean and flat, but this requirement is more important for glue down floors, which tend to reveal even small imperfections in the subfloor.
